Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how our store collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information when you visit the website, make or consider a purchase, contact us, subscribe to communications, or otherwise interact with our services. It also explains privacy choices and rights that may be available under United States law.
Personal information we collect
Depending on how you interact with the store, we may collect the following categories of information:
- Identifiers and contact details, such as name, email address, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, account identifier, and online identifiers.
- Order and commercial information, such as products viewed or purchased, cart activity, order history, returns, exchanges, discounts, and customer-service records.
- Payment-related information, such as payment status, billing details, transaction identifiers, and limited card information supplied by payment processors. Full card details are handled by secure payment providers rather than stored in our ordinary store records.
- Device and internet activity, such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, links selected, session activity, cookie identifiers, and approximate location derived from an IP address.
- Preferences and communications, such as marketing choices, product interests, survey responses, reviews, and the content of messages sent to support.
- Inferences, such as likely interests or shopping preferences developed from store interactions for personalization, analytics, or advertising where permitted.
How information is collected
We collect information directly from you when you place an order, create an account, submit a form, communicate with us, or otherwise provide it. We also collect some information automatically through cookies and similar technologies. Other information may come from our commerce platform, payment providers, delivery carriers, fraud-prevention services, analytics providers, advertising partners, or other service providers supporting an interaction you requested.
How we use personal information
We may use personal information to:
- provide the website and display relevant products and content;
- process payments, fulfill orders, provide tracking, and manage returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds;
- create and maintain customer accounts and remember preferences;
- respond to questions, provide support, and communicate service or policy updates;
- detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, security incidents, abuse, and unlawful activity;
- measure website performance, understand store usage, and improve products and services;
- send marketing communications when permitted and honor opt-out choices;
- personalize content and measure or deliver advertising, subject to available consent and opt-out controls; and
- comply with legal obligations, enforce store terms, establish or defend legal claims, and protect customers, the store, and others.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, software development kits, and comparable technologies may remember a session, keep a cart working, authenticate an account, preserve preferences, prevent fraud, measure traffic, analyze performance, and support advertising. Some are necessary for requested functions; others support analytics, personalization, or advertising.
You can use browser controls to block or remove cookies. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent parts of checkout or the website from functioning correctly. Where a cookie banner or privacy control is available, you may also use it to manage nonessential technologies. Browser settings are generally specific to each browser and device.
Google Ads, Remarketing, and Conversion Tracking
When enabled, we may use Google Ads services, including Remarketing and Conversion Tracking. These services can use cookies or similar identifiers to measure actions following an advertisement, create aggregated campaign reports, limit repeated advertising, or show ads based on prior visits or interactions. Google and its partners may process device, browser, IP, page-view, and conversion-event information for these purposes under their own terms and privacy practices.
You can manage personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings and can use our cookie or privacy controls where offered. Disabling personalized advertising does not necessarily stop all advertising or strictly necessary measurement.
When we disclose information
We may disclose personal information only as reasonably needed to the following types of recipients:
- our commerce platform and hosting providers;
- payment processors, banks, fraud-prevention providers, and transaction services;
- warehouse, fulfillment, delivery, communications, customer-support, and technology providers;
- analytics, marketing, and advertising providers, subject to applicable choices;
- professional advisers, auditors, insurers, regulators, courts, or public authorities when reasonably required; and
- a successor or relevant participant in a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of all or part of the store operations, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Service providers are expected to process information for defined services and under applicable contractual or legal restrictions. Third parties that act for their own purposes have their own privacy notices and practices.
CCPA and CPRA rights
California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA). Subject to legal exceptions and verification, these rights may include:
- the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, the sources, purposes, and categories of recipients;
- the right to access or obtain a portable copy of personal information;
- the right to correct inaccurate personal information;
- the right to delete personal information;
- the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising;
- the right to limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information where that right applies; and
- the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right.
We do not sell personal information for money. However, some disclosures involving cookies, analytics, or advertising partners may be treated as a “sale” or “sharing” under California law even when no money changes hands. To opt out of activity that may be considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, visit Your Privacy Choices / Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. You may also contact us using the details below.
Global Privacy Control
Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a browser-based opt-out signal. Where applicable law requires it, we treat a recognized GPC signal as a request to opt out of sale or sharing for the browser and device that sent the signal. If you use more than one browser or device, the signal may need to be enabled separately on each. A device-level signal may not identify an account unless you are logged in or provide the information needed to connect the request.
Exercising a privacy right
To request access, correction, deletion, or another available privacy right, email thitrinh69400@gmail.com or call (208) 917-1213. Describe the right you wish to exercise and provide enough information for us to locate and reasonably verify the request. We use verification information only for handling the request and may decline or limit a request where permitted by law.
An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted. We may ask for proof of authorization and may need to verify the consumer's identity directly. If an applicable law provides an appeal right, the response to the request will explain how to appeal.
Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including providing orders and support, maintaining transaction and tax records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary according to the type and sensitivity of information, the relationship with the customer, operational needs, and applicable law. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete, destroy, or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use a strong, unique password for any account and contact us if you believe an interaction with the store is no longer secure.
Children's privacy
The store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information may contact us to request review and deletion.
External services and links
The website may link to or use services operated by third parties. Their privacy and security practices are governed by their own notices. We encourage you to review those notices before providing information directly to them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect operational, legal, or technical changes. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects how personal information is used, we will provide additional notice where required.
