These Terms of Service govern access to and use of our website, online store, content, and related services. By visiting the website or submitting an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked here. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be at least the age of legal majority where you live, or use the services with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Information supplied for an account or order must be current, complete, and accurate. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity performed through your account, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.

Permitted use

You may use the website for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes. You may not:

• use the services in violation of law or the rights of another person;
• submit false, deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful material;
• introduce malware, interfere with security, probe vulnerabilities, scrape at an unreasonable rate, or disrupt the website;
• attempt unauthorized access to an account, system, data, or payment process;
• copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit protected content without permission; or
• use the services to facilitate fraud, resale schemes, or other activity that could harm customers or store operations.

Products and availability

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Screen settings, photography, packaging updates, and manufacturing variations can affect how colors or details appear. Product descriptions and images are informational and do not create a warranty beyond rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Availability can change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue an item, correct an error, or decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including inventory shortage, payment failure, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, or a material pricing or description error. If we cancel after payment is captured, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

Prices, payment, and taxes

Prices and charges are shown in United States dollars (USD). The final checkout screen displays the item total, discounts, applicable taxes, and the total charge before the order is submitted. All orders accepted for delivery within the United States receive free standard shipping.

Payment must be authorized through a method available at checkout. We may use payment and fraud-prevention providers to validate a transaction. See the Payment Policy for accepted card types, authorization details, and refund method.

Orders and electronic communications

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation means the request was received, not necessarily that it has been finally accepted. Acceptance occurs when the order is approved and enters fulfillment, subject to payment and availability checks.

You agree that order confirmations, tracking messages, receipts, policy notices, and other records may be provided electronically. You are responsible for providing an email address and delivery address that can receive these communications and the order.

Shipping, cancellation, returns, and refunds

Orders are handled in 1–2 business days and normally spend 4–6 business days in transit after dispatch. Tracking is provided. Current delivery service is limited to United States addresses accepted at checkout. Full details appear in the Shipping Policy.

A cancellation may be requested before shipment. After shipment, the return process applies. Eligible returns and exchanges may be requested within 30 days after delivery, with a free return label and no restocking fee. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the return. See the Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

The website design, text, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to the store operator and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. A limited, revocable, nonexclusive right is granted to access the website for lawful personal use. No ownership right is transferred to you.

Reviews, feedback, and submissions

If you voluntarily submit a review, image, suggestion, or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person's rights. You grant the store operator a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and display that submission for operating, improving, and promoting the store, subject to applicable privacy law. We may moderate or remove submissions that violate these terms.

Third-party services and links

Some features rely on independent service providers, and the website may link to external sites. We do not control their content, availability, or practices. Use of an external service may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices. A link does not by itself mean that we endorse every statement, product, or service on the linked site.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in the Privacy Policy. By using the services, you acknowledge that information will be handled as described there, subject to applicable rights and choices.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that access will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes an express product commitment or a warranty, consumer guarantee, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the services. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed by applicable law and does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory consumer remedies.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse the store operator for reasonable losses, liabilities, and costs resulting directly from your unlawful misuse of the services, material violation of these terms, or infringement of another person's rights. This section does not apply to loss caused by the store operator and does not waive any nonwaivable consumer right.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, unlawful conduct, or a material breach of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property, payment, liability, and dispute provisions, will continue to apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Rhode Island and the United States, without giving effect to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory protections of the jurisdiction where a consumer resides continue to apply when they cannot be waived.

Changes, severability, and entire agreement

We may update these terms for legal, technical, or operational reasons by posting the revised version with a new date. Changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms and the policies incorporated by reference form the agreement governing use of the services.
